• You are responsible for your decisions and actions

7. Intellectual Property

All content and materials provided by Lopamudra—including:

• Software
• Algorithms
• Texts, interpretations & explanations
• UI/UX design
• Logos, trademarks & branding
• Data analytics and generated content

—are the exclusive property of Lopamudra or its licensors.

You may not:

• Copy
• Modify
• Distribute
• Sell
• Publish
• Reverse-engineer

any part of the Services without written permission.

8. User Content

You may upload or input certain information (e.g., birth details, notes).
You retain ownership of your content.

You grant Lopamudra a non-exclusive, revocable license to:

• Store your input securely
• Display your generated charts and reports within the Service

We do not claim ownership of your personal data or birth details.

9. Generated Content (Charts, Reports, Predictions)

Charts, predictions, interpretations, and other generated outputs ("Generated Content"):

• Are created using our proprietary algorithms
• Are licensed to you for personal and professional use
• Can be used for client consultations and professional astrology practice

We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our algorithms.

10. Commercial Use of Generated Content

You may use charts, interpretations, and other outputs generated by Lopamudra for your personal or professional astrology practice, including paid client consultations.

However, you may not:

• Resell or redistribute our platform, tools, or software
• Copy or republish large portions of our interpretation library, database, or algorithms
• Use our content to build a competing astrology platform or automated service
• Market Lopamudra-generated content as your own software product

You retain full rights to the reports, readings, and deliverables you create for your clients using our platform.

11. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Interfere with platform operation
• Attempt to hack, exploit, or bypass security
• Upload malware or harmful code
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Use the Services for abuse, harassment, or harm

Violation may result in immediate account termination.

12. Third-Party Services

Lopamudra integrates with third-party services such as:

We are not responsible for third-party failures or policies, but we ensure they follow appropriate privacy and security standards.

13. Service Availability

We strive for continuous uptime, but:
